Care & Seasoning

• Wash before first use with hot water and mild dish soap to remove any manufacturing residue.
• Dry thoroughly immediately after washing to help prevent rust.
• Before use, apply a very thin layer of neutral, high-smoke-point cooking oil and wipe away excess.
• Preheat gradually before baking or roasting.
• Hand wash only with hot water and a soft sponge or brush.
• Do not place in the dishwasher or leave soaking in water.
• Dry immediately and thoroughly after cleaning.
• Apply a very light coating of cooking oil before storage to help protect the steel.
